内容介绍
When Jodrel's village is attacked by raiders he is spirited to safety by a mysterious Wise Man and relocated in another village along the coast. Ten years later he is now a teenager and lives in a cave, making a living doing odd jobs for the villagers. Neither he nor the Wise Man have ever really been made welcome. It is thought that they have brought bad luck with them, particularly as the raiders have returned to the area in search of a hoard of treasure. Over the years the raiders’hunt for the treasure has led them to destroy towns and villages and kill all who have resisted, including Jodrel’s family. The Wise Man knows about the treasure but it is now up to Jodrel to find it and save the village.
